This remapping service is carried out at our workshop premises in Hackbridge, Surrey (SM1)
Our Surrey Tuning remaps are developed in house with Performance, Economy and Reliability in mind.
We also offer with this service a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and free Power runs before and after included.

Standard performance figures:
– Power: 105 bhp
– Torque: 184 lb/ft

Expected remapped performance figures:
– Power: 140 – 145 bhp
– Torque: 230 – 240 lb/ft

Notes:
The PD105 Engine is well known for having an inherrant Warm Start fault which makes the car very slow to start up when the engine is warm.
We have developed in house an additional map which cures this fault allowing the car to start first turn without delay.
The additional Warm Start code is £99.00 extra with our Surrey Tuning Remap, or can be done on it’s own without the performance mapping (i.e. Keeping the stock 105bhp Power figure) for £150.00
